Neighbourhood

Budakeszi Road is busy in the morning and early in the evening – otherwise 9 to 7 in the evening is calm with 2-5 cars per minute.

Tram station  – around 11pm in the evening (20 minutes) and around 4 in the morning (20 minutes) about 20 trams – the house windows handle external noise up to 45 decibels, so you can hardly hear anything outside at closed windows.

The Budagyöngye Shopping Center, Greater Grace School and MOME are within 5 minutes on foot.

The nearest forest is 8 minutes on foot. The air is clean even in high traffic – thanks to the abundance of trees and the forests around.

Public transport: Trams 56, 56A, 59B and 61 to Móricz Zsigmond Square and buses 22, 22A and 222 to Szél Kálmán tér, bus 291 to and from Nyugati Railway Station.

Exterior paint repair, insulation and partial roof renovation

The exterior of the property, the roof (including the eaves) is partly in need of renovation.

There are several offers for each of these jobs totalling approx. Between 19 and 25 million (gross) HUF.

Staircase – Renovation of stairs

Inside the back staircase, 5 stairs are partially broken – aesthetically disturbing, no danger.

In addition, 2 pieces to be repaired – they cracked – there is also an offer for approx. 300 thousand HUF + VAT.

In addition, the entire staircase needs to be painted – 5 years ago but the walls have been broken down in several places during the interior renovation.
